Survey Drawing Terms & Conditions

By voluntarily submitting your name and email address at the conclusion of the survey, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Eligibility

• Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of redemption and must comply with all applicable state and local alcohol laws.

• Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be void.

 

Prize Description

• One (1) winner will receive a round of drinks for themselves and one guest (if a guest is brought) at the March Happy Hour.

• The prize includes a maximum of one (1) drink per eligible individual.

• If the winner attends without a guest, the second drink is forfeited and cannot be transferred or redeemed separately.

Prize Refusal and Redraw

• The selected winner may decline or refuse the prize for any reason.

• If the prize is refused, forfeited, or cannot be accepted, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner through a redraw from eligible survey entries.

• No obligation exists for the original winner to accept the prize.

 

Redemption Requirements

• The prize must be redeemed in person at the March Happy Hour.

• Valid photo identification may be required at the time of redemption.

• The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for other goods or services.

 

If the Winner Cannot Attend the March Happy Hour
The winner must choose one (1) of the following options:

1. Redeem at the April Happy Hour

   • The prize may be redeemed at the April Happy Hour under the same terms outlined above.

   • The offer expires after the April Happy Hour and will not be honored beyond that date.

2. Transfer the Prize to Another Individual from the Same Company

   • The original winner must provide the first and last name and email address of the individual receiving the prize for verification purposes by the March event date.

   • The transferred recipient is subject to all original eligibility and redemption rules, including:

     • One (1) drink for themselves.

     • One (1) drink for one guest only if a guest is present.

     • No second drink if no guest is brought.

 

General Conditions

• Participation is voluntary. No purchase is required to enter or win.

• The organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms, or modify the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and email address solely for purposes related to the survey, drawing administration, and prize fulfillment.

• Personal information collected will not be sold or shared outside of promotion administration.

• The organizer is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected communications.

 

Alcohol Responsibility Disclaimer

• Alcohol will only be served to eligible individuals in accordance with state law. The organizer encourages responsible consumption and reserves the right to refuse service.
